How we make sure it is never a surprise

• We email you the exact amount and the exact date at least seven days before the first monthly charge. Not a marketing email, and not something you have to opt into.
• A courtesy reminder three days before, as well.
• Cancelling is one click. There is no retention flow, no phone call, no "are you sure", and nothing to talk you out of.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We do this because the card scheme rules require the seven-day notice, and because a business that needs people to forget is a business with a dispute problem instead of customers.

Refunds

30 days, no reason needed. Email us and we refund in full.

A refund from us is always the entire amount, never a part of it. We do not have a policy that requires the report to be "unused", which would be impossible to satisfy for anyone who read it.
