What you are buying

There are two separate products. The one-off is a complete report about your answers, practical recommendations and a certificate, delivered immediately for $29.99. Membership includes that finite report plus the timed development programme, emailed checkpoints at weeks 1, 4, 7 and 10, the reassessment service and access to new assessments while active. It is not personalised professional advice.

The one-off report

You pay $29.99 once. Nothing renews, we do not keep your card for another charge, and there is nothing to cancel.

The membership

You pay $5.99 to open a 14-day introductory period. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes the Emotiscale membership at $24.99 a month, renewing monthly until you cancel.

We will email you the exact amount and the exact date at least seven days before the first monthly charge. That is a commitment, not a courtesy, and we also send a reminder three days before.

The four programme checkpoints and day-90 reassessment invitation are separate service messages. You can pause or resume them in one click without changing membership, report access, receipts or billing notices. A missed checkpoint is not sent later in a catch-up burst.

Cancelling takes one click, from any of our emails or from your membership page. There is no retention flow. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

Our promise: 30 days, no reason needed, refunded in full. Not part of it, all of it. This is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Because the report is delivered immediately, we ask you to confirm two things at checkout: that you want it right away, and that you understand this means giving up the statutory 14-day cancellation right. Both boxes are separate and neither is pre-ticked. Our own 30-day promise is unaffected either way.

What this is not

Not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. It cannot identify a health condition, and it must not be used to decide anyone’s employment, education placement or care. If you are struggling, please speak to a professional.
