Privacy notice

Short, because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Your answers. Needed to score the test.
  • Your email address, once you give it. Used to send your result and, if you buy, your receipt and billing notices. Membership also uses it for the four programme checkpoints and reassessment invitation unless you pause those messages.
  • How you arrived, such as the referring site and any campaign tag. Used to understand which pages work.
  • Payment details are never seen by us. Stripe handles the card and we store only the last four digits, so a receipt can say which card was used.

What we do not do

  • No analytics cookies of any kind. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers. Measurement is server-side and aggregate.
  • We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
  • Marketing email is a separate, unticked opt-in, and unsubscribing is one click from any such email.

How long we keep it

We remove the link between you and your answers after 24 months. Your email address, name and payment references are deleted; the answers themselves stay in the anonymous norm sample with nothing tying them to you.

After that the result link stops working, which is why we say to keep the email.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
