Private assessment report
Facet figures with their margins, situational choices with their rationales, and practical recommendations selected from the profile.
Your overall pattern, strongest and lowest facets, and the measurement limits that govern the reading.
Every figure as a percentage of maximum, its likely range, its trade-off, and its use at work and in relationships.
Your choice in every written situation, the most effective response and the full reason for the key.
Specific practices drawn from your two lowest facets, with instructions and the reason each practice is included.
One assessment is available today. New-assessment access applies when another assessment is published, not as a claim that a larger library already exists.
$29.99 once for the complete report, practical recommendations and certificate. Nothing renews.
$5.99 for a 14-day membership introduction, then $24.99 a month unless you cancel. Membership adds the timed programme, reassessments and future assessment access. Both products currently unlock free during soft launch.
Five facets appear strongest first. Each section includes the figure, its likely range of about 9 points either way, a band-specific reading, the trade-off, and concrete work and relationship contexts.
Reading yourself
Noticing, naming and tracing your own emotions.
Handling yourself
Staying functional under emotional load, and how quickly you recover.
Reading others
Reading other people accurately from words, tone and behaviour.
Handling others
Cooling a conflict down and putting a relationship back together after it.
Across both
Using emotion to get yourself moving, and keeping it out of decisions where it does not belong.

What it measures. Noticing, naming and tracing your own emotions.
Your exact percentage of maximum, band and likely range occupy this line in the purchased report.
At work
At work, look for the gap between an emotional reaction and the decision that follows it. Naming what changed before replying makes this facet useful rather than merely reflective.
In relationships
In close relationships, this facet shows up when you can name your own state before deciding what the other person meant or who is at fault.
The trade-off. Watching yourself closely can tip into second-guessing. Noticing a feeling is not the same as having to solve it.
The situational track is reported as a band, never merged with self-report. Each of the 12 situations then gets the same transparent four-part treatment:
The full prompt you answered.
The option you selected, without rewriting it after the fact.
The keyed option, shown separately when you chose something else.
The complete rationale, including why plausible alternatives are weaker.
See invented examples of both question formats. Live items and their keys stay off marketing pages so reading this preview cannot coach a future sitting.
Example from the practice library, not selected for you
What to do. Set two alarms. When each goes off, write down the feeling in one specific word, and one sentence on what preceded it.
Why it is here. Labelling an emotion in specific words is the step that separates having a feeling from being able to work with it.
A purchased report selects practices from the two lowest facets. It does not offer a generic list and call it personal.
Membership arranges the selected practices across twelve weeks before the reassessment. A new practice starts, continues long enough to test, and is reviewed before the next one takes over.
At reassessment, a facet must move at least 13 points before the report calls it a reliable change. Smaller movement is reported as measurement noise, not progress.
The direct paid-report PDF is now built and available to each buyer. A public worked example built from a real sitting, given with permission and with the identity removed, is still being prepared. We would rather show a real one late than invent a persona now.
In the meantime, the method page describes precisely what is computed and how, the question formats are shown with worked examples, and the norms page says what we can and cannot compare you against.
54 questions, about 12 minutes. Free to take, and your band is free to see.
